Job description:
Preparation of construction projects in CZ in stages:
- Evaluation of upcoming projects
- Planning (calculating the real costs and preparation of time schedules)
- Supervision of work in progress
- Territorial management, coordination of zoning/construction permission processes
Complete control and supervision of construction work in progress:
- Supplier’s selection and mutual cooperation in solving individual tasks
- Check of suppliers: control of qualitative, quantitative and timing performances
- Responsibility for timed and budgeted execution
- Communication with the competent authorities and institutions in CZ in order to move projects further
- Coordination of partners active in the development of the construction project
Skills and knowledges:
- Minimum 4 – 5 years in a similar professional position
- Technical University or similar technical experience (architecture, construction, engineering)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to realize multiple tasks at the same time
- Analytic and creative skills for creation of different technical solutions
- Being pro-active and able to take initiative
- Positive attitude and social skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good organization of work
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- German spoken and written is a plus
