Your knowledge/experience in real estate is nota must for this role.
Your technical competencies, particularly in Excel, Power Point, Power BI will be vital for success in this position.
You will be willing to develop your skills in data analysis with a focus on a detail.
Your ability to be a team player and work with the local teams in ZAM Group.
You will be a motivated, proactive and resilient individual.
You will have good time management and executing tasks within the requested timeline.
You will be degree-educated, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting.
Finally, you will be fluent in English as a must and preferably at least one more European language.

Provide support in financial underwriting forreal estate transactions across the ZAM Group - acquisition and divestment in CEE and Western Europe - in Excel
Provide support in execution of the investment memorandum/teasers for acquisition of new investors – in Power Point
Maintain databases of market research and information for CEE and Western Europe Real estate market
Create financial analysis papers on Financial instruments, ESG, Bank financing, new technologies in RE, etc. as required by the Senior Leadership
Provide support as required for the ongoing asset management across the ZAM Group
Provide support as required for the financial reporting across the ZAM Group
